Wealthgenie is a product of CAGR Labs Pvt Ltd ("we"), Kohinoor World Tower, Tower 3, 703, Old Mumbai Pune Highway, Pimpri, Pune, Maharashtra. These terms apply when you apply on the Wealthgenie sign-up page on behalf of a mutual fund distribution firm ("your firm").
You confirm that you are authorised to act for your firm and that what you give us is true and yours to share. An application does not create an account or a contract for the service. We review every application and may ask for more information, approve it or decline it. The package your firm is set up on is agreed with you before your workspace is created.
Your contact details, your firm's details, its ARN details with the registrar contact details and any credentials you choose to give, an alternate contact if you give one (you confirm they agree to be contacted), and a record of your submission.
To review your application, contact you about it, and, if it is approved, set up your firm's workspace. We do not sell your information.
Ticking "I agree" is your consent to this use. You can withdraw it at any time by writing to hello@cagrlabs.ai; we then stop processing your application, apart from records the law requires us to keep. Withdrawal does not affect what was done before.
Registrar passwords are stored encrypted. If no firm is created, they are destroyed as soon as the application is rejected, closed or expires (an application nobody acts on expires after 30 days). Other information is kept only as long as these purposes or the law require.
We follow reasonable security practices and procedures for your information, as required by the Information Technology Act, 2000.
Use of the Wealthgenie service is governed by the service agreement shared with your firm. Your investors' data that your firm brings to Wealthgenie belongs to your firm; we process it on your firm's behalf.
Grievance Officer, CAGR Labs Pvt Ltd โ hello@cagrlabs.ai. We respond within 30 days.
We may update these terms; the version you agreed to is recorded with your application.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
